Vietnam, UAE Enhance Military Relations with New Defense Cooperation Pact

Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have taken a significant step in strengthening their security relations with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at expanding cooperation in the defense industry.
